Mom and Dad's phone back on
I just got a call from Dad—their phone is back on. They're fine, but they still don't have power. Gary brought up a 5KW generator for them, so they have light and a working fridge. The utilities folk tell them that it'll be two or three days before power is back up, and Dad's certainly missing his air conditioner, but they're doing fine and are happy to be in as good a shape as they're in.

Please keep them, and all the folks who've been affected by these storms, in your prayers!

Mom and Dad are OKAY!!!!!
You've probably heard about the tornadoes that hit Jackson last night, and are looking for news. Well, here it is: Mom and Dad are okay, and so's the rest of the Campbell clan in Tennessee.

Mom and Dad have no phone or power, but the house is fine with the exception of the two rotary turbine vents on the roof (one ripped off, the other badly damaged) and some missing shingles. Several trees are down or damaged, but they're fine, the house is fine and the cars are fine.

They're both doing well healthwise, and Dad is continuing to recover nicely. Please keep them in your prayers, as well as the many people in Madison County who are hurting this morning.
