A friend asked today if I still had a copy of “A Standard for the Transmission of Coherent Logical Unitary Elements,” which I submitted as an individual Internet draft to the Internet Engineering Task Force last January. Indeed I do. Sadly, the standard was never adopted. Perhaps I should start a campaign to encourage its acceptance?
