West Tennessee Transitional Care is located on the campus of
Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. The Care Center is an 85-bed unit that is available for patients
who require one or more skills during their recovery. Rehab services available at the Center include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech-Language Pathology
- Swallow Studies
- Wound Management
- Orthotics
- Rehabilitation Psychology
- Nutrition Therapy

Other available services include medication, respiratory therapy, radiology, laboratory, hospice and restorative care.
